Your Private Tour begins with the process of gathering all of the information that will help us co-create your unforgettable tour of Ireland. This means telling me all about your interests, travel dates, any bookings or commitments you have made while here, and all of the places you would like to include in your trip.
Touraloora has also curated a range of experiences that can be added to your bespoke private trip to Ireland.

How It Works
Begin by completing the Enquiry Form on my Contact page. Tell me about your travel dates, interests, any family connections you would like to explore, places you would like to visit, and any existing bookings or commitments already made.
The more information you provide at this stage, the more personalised and accurate your itinerary will be.
Once I receive your enquiry, I will review your requirements and send you a secure payment link for the itinerary planning service.
Upon receipt of payment, your planning process begins.
Using the information you provide, I will create a draft itinerary designed specifically around your interests, priorities, travel dates, and pace of travel.
Your draft itinerary will include:
- Recommended destinations and experiences
- Route planning
- Realistic travel times
- Suggested overnight locations
- Recommendations to enhance your Irish experience
We will arrange a Zoom consultation to review the itinerary together.
This is your opportunity to discuss the proposed route, ask questions, make adjustments, and ensure the itinerary reflects exactly the type of Irish experience you are seeking.
Following our consultation, I will incorporate any agreed amendments and deliver your final personalised itinerary.
Your itinerary planning service includes one additional Zoom revision session should you wish to make further refinements after reviewing the final itinerary.
Any additional revisions beyond this session may be subject to an additional planning fee.
Important Information
The itinerary planning service covers the design and preparation of your personalised itinerary. Unless otherwise agreed, accommodation, attraction tickets, restaurant reservations, and other bookings are not included.
Recommendations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
To ensure a smooth planning process, consultations and revision requests should be completed within 30 days of receiving your draft itinerary.
Planning Fee Refund
If you subsequently book your private chauffeur-driven tour with Touraloora, the full itinerary planning fee will be credited against your tour cost.
To secure your tour dates, a deposit of 25% of the total tour fee is required.
The remaining balance is payable 90 days prior to the tour start date.
